Our web servers automatically collect limited information about your computer’s connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our site. Use of Information
Sharing with Business Partners
We share aggregated information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any person or individual computer. Like all businesses accepting credit cards, we use a credit card processing company to handle credit card transactions. We use a fulfillment company, Our Vacation Center, to handle ticketing and other travel details. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
What personal information do we collect?
Generally the type of information we collect about you is the information that is needed to facilitate arrangements and bookings and to provide travel services and products to you. For example, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiry date, passport number and dietary requirements (if any) and health issues that are relevant to your travel arrangements.
Deal Alert Newsletter Subscribers
Our Vacation Centre will send an email to people who subscribe, by entering your email address in the ‘Deal Alert’ box. The emails are sent out monthly and contain the latest travel/cruise and resort deals.
Occasionally a limited duration special deal is released and we may send a Hot Deal email to alert subscribers of this offer. Your individual email address is not used for any other purpose and will not be supplied to a third party.
Unsubscribe
Should any recipient of our newsletter wish to unsubscribe they can do so by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the monthly email.
How do we use personal information?
We will use your personal information to provide you with travel, cruise and resorts and; related products and services. We may use and disclose your personal information for the purpose for which it was collated, or for a related or ancillary purpose such as any one or more of the following purposes:

Security
We use SSL encryption - the industry standard - to protect sensitive information such as credit card numbers. All of your credit card information is kept on a secured server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information is sent in an encrypted form and cannot be read over the Internet. Once we receive your credit card information, we store it on a server that is inaccessible from the Internet.
All credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. You are welcome to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone if you feel more comfortable doing so.

This Privacy Policy applies to the activities of RewardsCorp Trading Pty Ltd
("RewardsCorp") ABN 54 113 281 726. It explains how RewardsCorp handles personal information and complies with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 of Australia ("the Privacy Act"). Collecting personal information about you
In accordance with the Privacy Act, RewardsCorp only collects personal information that is necessary for business purposes. We endeavour at all times to collect personal information in a fair and lawful manner, and to meet our customers' expectations that we will respect their right to control how their personal information is collected and used. RewardsCorp collects information about consumers at the time when a person wishes to book accommodation using a RetraVision Resort Getaways Resort Cheque. The main categories of information we collect relate to a person's general contact information, preferred accommodation requirements, and other details, which are usually collected directly from the consumer at the time of booking. This policy explains the main features of RewardsCorp's use of customer information.
Use and disclosure of your personal information
Our purpose in collecting information about you is to provide you with accommodation and other leisure booking services, and complementary travel services as required. RewardsCorp uses personal information in several different ways in operating the RetraVision Resort Getaways Promotion and operating our business, and most of these uses are clear from the circumstances. We also use your personal information for internal quality assurance purposes. RewardsCorp provides personal information to service providers that facilitate your Resort Cheque bookings. Otherwise RewardsCorp does not routinely disclose personal information, except where it is necessary to provide you with a service that you have requested such as to make bookings with requested accommodation and any other required travel and leisure services. RewardsCorp will not normally otherwise use or disclose any information about you without your consent, unless:
- required by law
- to protect the rights, property or personal safety of another RewardsCorp consumer, any member of the public or RewardsCorp itself
- the assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern.
When you provide your personal information to us, RewardsCorp will give you the choice as to whether or not you wish to receive further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive these, we will not contact you further for these purposes. Please allow 28 days for your request to be processed.
Service providers
Like many businesses, RewardsCorp uses a range of service providers to help us maximise the quality and efficiency of our services and our business operations. This means that individuals and organisations outside of RewardsCorp, such as hotels, resorts and other leisure service providers will sometimes have access to personal information held by RewardsCorp and may use it on behalf of RewardsCorp.
RewardsCorp and marketing activities
RewardsCorp manages communications with customers and consumers according to its privacy policy. We respect individuals' choices about being contacted for marketing purposes. We may occasionally contact you at the e-mail or other address that you provide to us in order to:

Some of this information is necessary as part of our communication about the RetraVision Resort Getaways Promotion and is sent to all promotion customers. However, if you are receiving promotional information from RewardsCorp and do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may remove your name from our list by e-mailing us at privacyofficer@rewardscorp.com, and asking to be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 28 days for this request to be processed.

RewardsCorp endeavours to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. RewardsCorp uses a sophisticated computer data network, and all access to the computers and system devices are password controlled. Employees can only gain access to data if they are authorised, and we also require our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by RewardsCorp.
